1. The tools in Text Inspector are free to use, except for the EVP tool. Many of them are based on other tools freely available on the web, or used under Creative Commons licences. Your use of the tools is conditional on your acceptance of Creative Commons terms of use. You may not reproduce, copy or adapt any element of these tool without the permission of the relevant copyright holders, or contrary to the permissions they have granted for use of their software.

2. If you want to export your data, or analyse longer texts, you will need to buy a subscription.This subscription is not a payment for using the tools within Text Inspector. It is payment only for the extra features unique to the site, such as downloading and exporting your data, splitting large documents, security and confidentiality tools, and so on.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty
While every care has been taken to ensure the reliability of the metrics within Text Inspector, there is no warranty for any aspect of the program, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The copyright holders and/or other parties provide the program “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Whilst every effort is made to maintain the continued operation of the site and tools, no warranty is offered or implied for continuous operation, nor is compensation offered or implied for interrupted operation, in the event of unforeseen website outage or server malfunction.

5. In all cases, the maximum compensation payable will not exceed the sum of one month of the subscription paid by the user, at the discretion of the site owner.
